Omar Khoury served as Project Manager for the stone scope at both the Abu Dhabi and Dubai Hakkasan restaurants, overseeing material coordination and execution to meet exacting standards.

Supplier Coordination & Material Planning
Omar worked with international and local suppliers to secure premium stone materials aligned with the brand’s design intent. He ensured fabrication, delivery, and installation sequencing were tightly managed to meet hospitality deadlines.

He liaised between design teams and contractors to resolve detailing challenges— including transitions between stone and joinery, ambient lighting considerations, and specialty finishes.
